Canotec is well aware of the importance of doing our bit for the environment and the technology and solution we sell are chosen because of their outstanding environmental credentials, low carbon footprint, energy efficiency and ability to help our customers work smarter, greener and leaner!

Our new London offices were chosen because of their green credentials and efficiency and Canotec has recently launched a business initiative called The Less Paper Office which has two environmental goals at it’s core..use less energy, waste less paper. Indeed one Canotec customer has reduced their wastage to such an impressive level that this previously paper hungry law firm now uses 20 tress less per month and is just as efficient and effective at communication within and to it’s customers. This is not a unique example and follows 5yrs of pioneering work on printing and imaging technology that could deliver big financial savings and big wastage reductions. These solutions were pioneered in forward thinking customers like Portman Building Society and Winterthur Life where paper volumes in both cases dropped by over 15% within 12 months.

Our aim is to try and help all our customers become greener and leaner and rather than planting trees to compensate for waste, we aim to cut out the cost and the waste in the first pace..Prevention rather than compensation!
