Canotec gets ready to rip with Animal, the UK’s fastest-growing freesports brand
Canotec has given the UK’s fastest growing freesports brand a printing technology makeover. Animal, the Poole-based freesports lifestyle brand that designs, market, distributes and retails authentic ‘action sport’ apparel and equipment to the UK and internationally, signed up the company to upgrade its digital scanning and printing equipment and software. The contract is a real commitment and takes the relationship between Animal and Ringwood based Canotec well into the next decade and includes support services. Canotec director David Newman said: “We’re thrilled to be helping a household name, which is one of the UK’s fastest growing freesport lifestyle brands. This is a business enhancement deal for both parties, building on a relationship that goes back 10 years. “Animal asked us to get under the bonnet of its printing, imaging and document-capture processes in order to come up with a solution that was more productive, streamlined, cost-effective and environmentally friendly. They were looking for a future-proof fit.”
