Accountancy firm Inspire adds up paper and cost savings with Canotec contract

An expanding accountancy practice in Dorset with 450 clients has cut down on paper waste and cost with the help of 21st century digital scanning technology supplied through Canotec.

Inspire is on track to make its head office in Commercial Road, Poole, more paper-less by at least 2,000 sheets of A4 paper a month.

The firm, which employs 15 people and was founded four years ago by tax specialist Warren Munson, was concerned about the environmental and cost implications of duplicating documents.

Its photocopier supplier, Canotec, suggested a solution which harnesses digital scanning power to capture and convert paper-based documents into electronic files.

To do that, licensed software from Invu and eCopy was used for the photocopier platform.
